Ingredients

 

• 3.5 oz. Dried Beef Tía Lencha
• 2 Big Tomatoes
• 1 Piece of Bell Pepper
• 1 Clove of Garlic
• Chili Pepper (Optional)
• 1 Cup of Water
• Vegetable Oil

 

Way to Cook:

 

  • Liquefy the tomato with garlic and water.
  • Chop in slices the onion and bell pepper and brown them.
  • When fried, add the Dried Beef Tía Lencha. 
  • Brown the beef, add the tomato sauce and let it until the sauce is cooked (it shouldn't be too dry).
