Ingredients

 

• 3.5 oz. Dried Beef Tía Lencha
• 2 Potatoes
• 1 Can of Peas of 0.5 lb.
• 3 Carrots
• 1 Piece of Onion
• 1 Tomato
• 1 Clove of Garlic
• Parsley
• 4 Cups of Water
• Vegetable Oil

 

Way to Cook:

 

  • Peel, chop and cook the carrots and potatoes.
  • Fry the onion previously chopped, add the Dried Beef Tía Lencha, pour the tomato sauce with the garlic; season it, add the potatoes, carrots, peas and the water, season it with parsley.
  • Let it simmer.
