Ingredients

 

• 3.5 oz. Dried Beef Tía Lencha
• 5 Eggs
• 1 Onion
• 2 Big Tomatoes
• 8 Chili Peppers
• Pequin Chili as Desired
• 1 Clove of Garlic
• Vegetable Oil or Pork Lard 

 

Way to Cook:

 

  • Chop the onion, chili, tomato and garlic finely.
  • In a pan, brown the onion with the chili, when cooked add the tomato and the garlic.
  • Cook the tomato, add the Dried Beef Tía Lencha, brown it a little and add the eggs.
  • Stir until curdled.
