Ingredients

 

• 3.5 oz. Dried Beef Tía Lencha

• 5 Eggs
• 1 Big Tomato
• 1 Clove of Garlic
• Chili Pepper (Optional)
• Vegetable Oil or Margarine

 

Way to Cook:

 

  • Liquefy the tomato with the garlic and if wished the chili pepper.
  • Brown the Dried Beef Tía Lencha and when it is frothy, add the tomato sauce.
  • When cooked, add the eggs and stir until curdled.
