• 0.5 oz Dried Beef Tía Lencha
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Piece of Onion
• 1 Piece of Tomato
• Green Chili as Desired
• 1 Piece of Potato
• 1 Piece of Carrot
• Vegetable Oil


Way to Cook:


  • Grate the potato and the carrot, chop the onion, tomato and chili. 
  • Whip the egg in a container, pour the Dried Beef Tía Lencha straight from the bag, the potato, the carrots, the onion, tomato, chili and mix them.
  • Heat the mix in oil.
  • When serving, accompany it with grated cheese and sauce.
